Spot, a small single speed company has had these for a couple of years. They first popped up a few years ago from a now defunct company called Jericho.

Gates makes the belts, i'm not sure who is making the sprockets and what not.

Seems like it should be quiet. They have to make a frame that comes apart in order to get the belt around the "chain" stay.

It's an interesting concept, but can't see how you'd make one shift. If you're into gears.
