The 6 Hr.Dinosaur race (Sept. 20th 4pm-10pm) is right around the corner.

We are still in need of volunteers to help with the race.

I've picked 4 locations that would be nice to have volunteers staged at during the race. The number of people at each stage does not matter. If you want to bring the family or go solo. If you are not racing we could really use your help. Please contact me and let me know.

The volunteers at these locations will provide rider support and lighting some of the 1,000 glow sticks, in your area. Yes we're lighting the trails for night. We should also have walkie talkies available.

This is a SABA event and we need help. Please step up to the plate and help us put a great race on for everyone. This should be the biggest mountain bike/endurance race San Angelo has ever seen.

This would be a great opportunity if you only ride road to come out and support this great cycling community. You never know, you might just go buy a mountain bike afterwards!

Lots of trail work needs to be done. I have a map of what needs to be done and what has been done. It would be greatly appreciated to see SABA members and anyone that use the trails, come out and grab some tools.

This will be a FUN event so come on out!

I've seen a good number a mountain bikers helping out at roadie events, lets see if the roadies can do the same for the mountain bikers.

FYI: I consider myself more of a roadie now days. I have volunteered to be the race director for this event.

Thank you,
