Beginning Monday November 10th Concho Bike Shop will be hosting training rides at 6:30 pm. Carmichael Training System DVDs will be playing on the big screen for those of you who would like to do some interval training with us. We will have a few trainers available for rent for those of you that do not have trainers.

In the near future we will also be a Cycle-Ops Power Test Center.

Due to a buisness trip next week the start of the regular schedule of Tuesday Thursday rides will be on the 18th, but we will host one ride next Monday.
