I know of someone who is looking for a road bike he is roughly 5'9" / 5'10". He is new to cycling, so he would prefer a price range between $200 to $400.

I think that Dean Mackenzie has a really nice 2002 Giant road bike (OCR 0 Elite, full Dura Ace, 56 cm) for sale. I think the asking price is around $1,000 so it may be a little too high. I also have the Schwinn frame/fork that was targeted to be built up and given or loaned to a new cyclist. This frame would need all components and a wheel set. The new cyclist is welcome to the frame and fork if he wants to scrounge new or used parts and build it up.
